The ongoing pandemic shall not change our values, quite the contrary in these unprecedented times we sincerely wish to offer you our best services.
For your own safety, we set up a protocol that modify the usual relationship you may have in an hotel towards the hotel staff but also other guests.
We will do our best to give you the best service while applying these constraining measures.
Please, have a look at the following instructions that has been put in place in collaboration with Contact Hôtels and Logis Hôtels in order for our staff to operate in a safe way and to welcome you witha reduced risk environment.
Below is a sum-up of the essential rules of social distancing and risk reduction behaviors which by now must be familiar to all.
Rest assured that we are monitoring the situation on a daily basis and our protocol will be updated accordingly.
For those of you that previoulsy stayed with us, you know that we usually walk you to your room at the Check-in. From now on, until the situation is back to normal in order to limit gathering of client at reception desk we will let you know in advance your room number and information to access it. That will allow you (when there are a lot of people at the hotel) to check-in autonomously, sometimes, the keys will be on the door.
Once you have checked-in we will stay at your disposal from 5pm to 8:30pm to ensure that you have everything you need and are ready for a comfortable night.
In order to limit the concentration of people and respect social distancing at the reception desk and to allow us to serve the breakfast the next day the bill must be paid the day before check-out as follow:
Should you reauire it a receipt can be provided by email (or in paper form for professionals requiring a proof of expense).
When you leave, please, no later than 11:00 am, we thank you for leaving the door open. (after having cut the heaters – in cold season -). This will allow it to begin aeration. Thank you for returning the key to reception.
We are able to offer you a drink menu including soft drinks, beers and wines.

Our hotel does not have a restaurant on site.
The nearest restaurants are a 5-minute drive away.
We offer you the possibility of restoring on site with ease. Thanks to our partnership with the caterer “Sel et Sucre” from Pont de Vaux.
To be reserved preferably 48 hours in advance, in order to guarantee this service, at the price of 23 euros per person.
Unique daily menus served on a platter:
(Starter / Hot-Dish / Cheese / Dessert and 1/2 Bottle of water).
Served in your room, in the dining room or on the terrace.
Wearing a Mask (adultes ans childs) and handwashing with hydro-alcoholic gel is MANDATORY for access to the Breakfast Buffet. Depending on the number of customers present on site, we reserve the right not to offer breakfast buffet. However, in this case, we will do our best to offer you a varied and unlimited breakfast. Proposed for adults from 12 years old and on at 12,50 euros, and kids from 3 to 11 years old at 8,00 euros, to reserve the day before.
We offer you a variety of :
bread, brioches, pastries, dry fruits, cheeses, yogurts, fruits, juices, jams, honey, Nutella, butter, cake, hot drinks and for the most gourmand crepes or English breakfast with omelet/bacon
For hygienic purposes, we are constraint to serve you in single use recipient (glass, mug etc.).
When possible, the rooms are not occupied for at least 24h before having new guest(s) Our cleaning staff use protective mask and gloves, she received a specific training for cleaning under COVID-19 outbreak. A meticulous cleaning is done on the doors and windows handles, light switch, keys, remote control etc.
The cleaning products used are compliant with current regulation and once the cleaning is completed a virucidal spray is applied inside the room.

In accordance with the guideline we had to take off every informative and entertaining elements subject to physical handling including our Logis Hotêl and Contact-Hôtel guides, magazines, touristic guides as well as our Welcome Booklet. Nevertheless, we stay at your disposal to guide you during your stay.
If you stay more than one night, please note that we will not be able to clean your room during the stay. Expect a request from your side, we shall not enter your room during the stay.
However, we stay at your disposal for any additional towel, trash bag etc. you might require.
Dispensers of gel or hydroalcoholic solutions have been installed and are at your disposal.
We will wear a face mask as often as possible and are asking you to please wear a face mask as well anytime you talk to the hotel staff.
The laundry company we are working with has is of course following the COVID guidelines to wash the bedsheets, towels etc.
During this period, as you can imagine we are not able to accept any outside products such as food, drinks etc. to keep in the fridge and/or freezer.
