The ecological transition is everybody’s business.
At Moulin de la Brevette, we understood this very early on.
The Moulin de la Brevette’s responsible approach has been designed with your stay in mind.
We ensure that our team is aware of sustainable and ecological cleaning methods, in particular by using natural cleaning products, which also benefit employee comfort.
When you stay several nights at the hotel, we take care to change the sheets and towels according to your needs.
New chairs in the breakfast room, our fence by the pond and our reception counters – whenever we can, we use second-hand materials.
Rest assured, our priority is and remains the comfort of our customers, but we do our best to ensure that objects are given a new lease of life!
At the Moulin de la Brevette, we invite our customers to share in our efforts to preserve our beautiful natural environment.
In a number of places, we have installed sorting bins where you can dispose of glass, plastic and cardboard.
You will always have bins available in your room for other non-recyclable waste. We know that it’s easy to get lost in the sorting instructions.
Posters are available to help you make the right choice if you are in any doubt.
At reception, just like in the kitchen, we sort!
We have different containers for sorting and a composter to help protect the environment.
So don’t hesitate to ask us where you can sort your rubbish, or if you have any questions. We’re counting on all of you, even the little ones, to help us in our efforts.
At the Hôtel du Moulin de la Brevette, we are naturally very careful about our energy consumption. That’s why we’ve installed LED bulbs.
Like everyone else, we are careful to light rooms only when necessary, and to turn off lights when we leave, and we invite our customers to be in this spirit.
We have invested in reversible air conditioning, which allows us to control the temperature in the rooms at reception to ensure the right combination of comfort and energy efficiency.
When you leave, we trust our customers to ensure that everything is switched off in the areas you use.
