Contest Rules
Article 1 – Organization
Hotel Le Moulin de la Brevette, located at 404 Chemin de la Brevette, 01190 ARBIGNY, is organizing a free contest with no purchase necessary, from June 15 to September 15, 2025, accessible via Facebook and Instagram.
Article 2 – Conditions of participation
Participation is open to all adults residing in France or abroad.
The following individuals are excluded from participation:
– Hotel staff and their close relatives (spouses, children, parents),
– Anyone directly involved in organizing the contest.
Participation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
Article 3 – How to Participate
To enter the contest :
1. Take a photo within the premises of Hotel Le Moulin de la Brevette.
2. Share the photo on Instagram or Facebook, tagging our page (Facebook: Hôtel du Moulin de la Brevette / Instagram: @moulindelabrevette) and using the hashtag #hotellemoulindelabrevette.
⚠️ Important: Only one entry per social network is allowed. Posting multiple photos on the same network does not increase the chances of winning. However, one entry on each platform (Facebook and Instagram) gives a maximum of two chances to win.
Article 4 – Winner Selection
A random draw will be held after the contest ends, with the announcement made live on our social media.
The winner will be contacted via private message. If no response is received within 7 days, the prize will be reallocated.
Hotel Le Moulin de la Brevette reserves the right to verify the winner’s identity before awarding the prize (an ID may be requested).
Article 5 – Prize
The winner will receive :
🎁 One night for two people including breakfast and dinner, valid outside of July, August, and peak vacation periods.
– The stay is valid until September 30, 2026, subject to availability.
– The prize is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
– If the winner cannot use the prize, no compensation will be granted.
Article 6 – Use of Photos and Image Rights
By participating, entrants agree that their photos may be shared and used by Hotel Le Moulin de la Brevette for communication purposes (website, social media, promotional materials) without financial compensation.
Names, first names, and locations of participants may also be mentioned in the promotion of the contest.
Article 7 – Liability and Force Majeure
Hotel Le Moulin de la Brevette cannot be held liable for :
– Internet connection issues or technical failures preventing participation,
– Fraud or attempted fraud. Any fraudulent participation will lead to disqualification,
– Force majeure or events beyond its control requiring cancellation, postponement, or modification of the contest.
Article 8 – Personal Data (GDPR Compliance)
Personal data collected for the contest will only be used to manage the contest and communicate with participants.
In accordance with personal data protection regulations, each participant has the right to access, rectify, or delete their information by writing to: reception@moulindelabrevette.com.
Article 9 – Complaints
Any complaint related to the contest must be submitted in writing to :

The complaint must include :
– The participant’s full contact details,
– The date of participation,
– The specific reason for the complaint.
No complaints will be handled by phone.
Article 10 – Acceptance of the Rules
Participation in the contest implies full acceptance of these rules.
